Before I begin editing your work, I will tell you exactly how much my service will cost for your individual piece. Unless we have agreed upon alternative arrangements, the payment schedules listed below apply to all transactions. Contact me for a free estimate, and please see the Services & Rates tab for more on my pay rates.
- For jobs under $150, full payment is due once we agree on price and deadline.
- Jobs between $150 and $500 require a 20% down payment once we agree on price and deadline, and the balance is due no later than seven days after I send you the complete, edited work.
- Jobs over $500 require a 30% down payment once we agree on price and deadline, another 30% when the project is halfway finished and I send you the edited portions, and the balance no later than seven days after I send you the complete, edited work.
- If I don’t receive the payment, or confirmation that it is being processed, within seven days, you will receive a revised invoice with an additional 10% late fee per week.
Transactions are made through Zelle, Wave Accounting (I’ll provide you with a link to make a payment), or check. Payments through check must clear before I can return my edits to you.
